OBXDIY is primarily a small business cooperative and a co-working space. We also have a pretty cool Makerspace Capability within our facility with 3-D printers, electronics lab, and other cool projects happening on any given day. We allow the makerspace activity to operate after normal working hours and on weekends, times subject to availability on the calendar.

OBXDIY provides a free Makerspace Capability within our facility. Any person desiring the use of our Tech Lab or the Nautilus Room to promote making things including instruction or wants to participate in or run an interest group and has the capacity to manage your group, we will attempt to fit you in to our facilities usage schedule. OBXDIY is primarily a small business co-op/co-working facility. We have shared spaces and private offices. Currently we are offering monthly memberships only at $125 per month and this includes all the other amenities that our standard office renters receive, including 24/7/365 access, high-speed WIFI, monitored security, lounge, meeting rooms, etc.
As of 10/25/2017 we have made 2 more offices available. Standard rate is $275 a month with a 3-month minimum, we currently have 2 upstairs interior offices that are available. These offices are side-by-side and would work well for a small firm needing two offices.
